Returns & Exchanges

Are you not completely satisfied with your order, or would you prefer a different colour or style? No problem. At Annie Claire, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a return or exchange, please email info@annieclaire.nl with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and optionally the reason for the return. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services.

Return Conditions

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

Once we have received your return, you will be refunded the full order amount, including the original shipping costs. The cost of returning the item from your address to our webshop is at your own expense. Please consult your carrier's website for current rates.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned, including any accessories, and where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Reduction in Value

Please handle the product with care. If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to inspect the item, we may charge for any reduction in value.

How Does Returning Work?

Step 1. Register Your Return

Send an email to info@annieclaire.nl with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• Optionally, the reason for the return

Step 2. Pack Your Return

Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including labels, protective materials, and any accessories.

Step 3. Ship Your Return

After registering your return, you will receive the necessary return instructions and return address. You may return the bag to the following address: Wilde Wingerdlaan 11, 2803 VR Gouda (This is not a visiting address). You can then drop off your parcel at a post office or parcel point of your choice.

Step 4. Keep Your Proof of Shipment

Always request proof of shipment with a tracking number and keep it until your return has been fully processed.

Step 5. Send Your Tracking Information

Please send a photo or screenshot of your proof of shipment to info@annieclaire.nl, mentioning your order number. This helps us process your return more quickly.

Refunds

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after your return has been registered, provided that the product has been received in good condition. Once we have received and inspected your return shipment, you will receive a confirmation by email. The purchase amount will then be refunded using the same payment method that was used to place the order.
